A 12-year-old boy reportedly suffered a dislocation of his upper arm near the shoulder after allegedly being pushed by his teacher following an altercation in class, in a private school at Madhurawada in the city.
According to primary reports from PM Palem police on August 26, Naresh and his classmate Bhargav, class VIII students, got into a minor quarrel. Their teacher, Mohan Rao, has allegedly pushed Naresh during the dispute. Though Naresh felt fine initially, he began experiencing pain on August 27. His parents took him to a local hospital, where doctors diagnosed an upper-arm dislocation. That same night, the hospital submitted a medico-legal case (MLC) report to the police, bringing the incident to official attention.
