Kassy Akiva, a journalist for the conservative outlet The Daily Wire with a large following on X, recently responded to a posted about Israeli settlements in the West Bank claiming that portions of that land were purchased during Israel's pre-state days. Shaiel Ben-Ephraim, a left-wing Israeli commentator, responded that land previously owned by Arabs should be returned and then turned malicious, telling Akiva she had no place in the conversation because she converted to Judaism: "You've been Jewish for five minutes and you decide who is self-hating? Jews don't need you. Fuck off back to church."
