A Colorado couple killed their two young children and drove around with one of the corpses for more than half a decade while they stored the other in a container with concrete, prosecutors say.
Jesus Dominguez Jr., 5, and Yesenia Dominguez, 3, had not been seen since approximately the summer of 2018, according to the Pueblo Police Department.
On January 20, 2024, police were called to a storage unit the kids' father, Jesus Dominguez Sr., 37, and his girlfriend, Corena Minjarez, 37, had been living at after her mother found a suspicious container.
During their investigation, police discovered Yesenia's remains inside a metal container in a storage unit that was filled with hardened concrete.
The parents claimed during initial interviews with police that the children had been living with relatives in Arizona.
