The former sandwich shop is described by South Wales-based auction house Paul Fosh as 'a top spot in the bustling bucket and spade town.'
However the bargain could be down to the fact that the property is in need of refurbishment.
Property auctioneer Sean Roper said the lot could offer the perfect opportunity for a go-getting entrepreneur to make their mark.
