President Donald Trump accused Chris Christie of 'criminal acts' and warned the former New Jersey Governor may be the next target of a politically-motivated raid.
Trump unloaded on his former GOP ally after Christie appeared on ABC News and blasted the FBI raid of ex-National Security Advisor John Bolton.
'I just watched Sloppy Chris Christie be interviewed on a ratings challenged 'News' Show, "This Week With George Slopadopolus," on ABC Fake News,' Trump said, using similar nicknames for both Christie and George Stephanopoulos.
'Can anyone believe anything that Sloppy Chris says?' Trump said before alluding to the infamous Bridgegate scandal, which tanked Christie's governorship and likely both his presidential runs.
'Do you remember the way he lied about the dangerous and deadly closure of the George Washington Bridge in order to stay out of prison, at the same time sacrificing people who worked for him, including a young mother, who spent years trying to fight off the vicious charges against her,' he wrote.
