And it looks like her dedication has paid off as Scots star Jenni Falconer shows off her athletic figure in photos during her family holiday.
The radio and TV host, 49, posted a series of images of her and her family as they enjoy a break in Greece, including one of her wearing a leopard-print bikini and sunglasses as she took a stroll in the surf.
She also posted one of her and her husband of 15 years James Midgley during a night out together.
Another snap shows them with their daughter Ella Rose, 13.
