Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy stressed on bringing in structural reforms in the film industry, especially in worker-producer relations, and made it clear that the government will not tolerate attempts to monopolise or control systems outside the legal framework.

Mr. Reddy felt that film producers should treat workers with humanity, and wanted a comprehensive policy involving producers, workers, and the government be evolved. He expressed these views when a delegation of leading producers and directors met him at his residence here on Sunday (August 24).
