Emma Raducanu stunned the tennis world when she claimed her first Grand Slam title at the US Open in 2021, aged just 18 years old.
She did not drop a set en route to victory at Flushing Meadows as she became the first British woman to win a Grand Slam singles title in 44 years.
She also became the first qualifier in history to claim a major after beating Leylah Fernandez in the final.
Emma Raducanu will be coached by Francisco Roig for this year’s US Open, having appointed the former coach of Rafael Nadal earlier this month.
The British No 1 had been working with Mark Petchey on a casual basis since March, but has now appointed the Spaniard as part of her full-time team.
