Karnataka Home Minister G. Parameshwara on Saturday held a meeting with senior police officials about the fallout of the ongoing probe by a Special Investigation Team into the alleged mass burial of bodies at Dharmasthala, and other prevailing issues concerning Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts.
The Minister held the meeting after returning from his visit to Kapu in Udupi district. Police Commissioner Sudheer Kumar Reddy, Inspector General of Police (Western Range) Amit Singh, Superintendents of Police of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi K. Arun and Hariram Shankar respectively, and Deputy Commissioners of Police H.N. Mithun and K. Ravi Shankar were among the attendees.
