Design houses Anabela Chan, Mellerio and Cece Jewellery – who made Taylor Swift’s viral cat ring – find inspo in nature’s bounty
This summer, high jewellery is turning to nature’s palette, drawing inspiration from the allure of fresh produce. Anabela Chan’s Fruit Gems collection, which is part of her Waste to Wonder project, uses pigments extracted from real fruits to achieve her signature vibrancy. Mellerio takes inspiration from Marie Antoinette’s pineapple tapestry in Versailles, translating the rich texture and colours into adornments crafted with bright stones. Meanwhile, Cece Jewellery celebrates produce with For the Love of Fruits, a charming series of five fruit-inspired pendants.
