The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) Board after a three month delay declared the results of the WBJEE exam on Friday (August 22, 2025) for undergraduate admissions to engineering, technology, pharmacy, and architecture courses in State-run and State-aided universities in West Bengal.
This unprecedented delay in results, which led to widespread anxiety among aspirants, was caused primarily due to the issue surrounding the State’s list of Other Backwards Classes (OBC) remaining pending in the Supreme Court. The examination was conducted on April 27.
