Chemical castration laws in Kazakhstan are being toughened with those committing 'lesser sexual offences' set to face chemical castration as well as child rapists.

Paedophiles in the central Asian nation who have committed rape and violent sexual assault causing severe injury already face 'life-means-life' jail sentences to completely prevent the threat of reoffending.

Some have undergone chemical castration in jail on court orders.

But now Kazakhstan is also toughening laws for those committing 'lesser' sexual offences against children.

Six months before their release from prison, these paedophiles will be forced to start undergoing chemical castration injections.
