U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced on Wednesday that the United States is imposing sanctions on four officials in the International Criminal Court over the prosecution of "nationals of the United States or Israel, without the consent of either nation," as three of the officials were involved in the issuing of arrest warrants against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.
