An Australian tourist was knocked unconscious by motorcycle taxi riders who stepped in to end his alleged attack on a transgender sex worker in Thailand.
The holidaymaker, in his mid-50s, reportedly became violent after refusing to pay the sex worker, named Panya, 38, for spending the night with him in 'Sin City' Pattaya.
He was seen chasing the terrified sex worker around parked motorcycles on July 23 before a couple motorbike taxi riders took action.
They were also allegedly attacked by the Aussie before one fought back and knocked the tourist unconscious.
Police arrived to find the tourist lying on the ground with blood streaming from his head before he was taken to hospital.
