President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met at the White House on Monday, demonstrating markedly different behavior from their ill-fated Oval Office meeting in February.
Trump greeted Zelensky outside the West Wing and shook hands as Trump nodded approvingly at his upgraded attire.
Trump's greeting signaled an air of agreeable friendship, body language expert Judi James told the Daily Mail as he cocked his head to signal agreeableness and a desire to listen.
'This time he kept their bodies close as they both shook and posed, to suggest an intention of unity that was missing from the last visit,' James said.
'His thumb was cocked as he held his hand out for the shake, suggesting a positive mood, and he added an arm pat to register some form of friendship.'
