A British father has drowned in Turkey while he was on holiday with his family.
The police have launched a probe into the death of John Nelson, 47, who died after an 'accident at sea', according to his son.
He is said to have entered the sea before he was later found motionless in the water off the coast of Turnuc, near Marmaris, on July 31.
The tourist from Arbroath, Scotland was pulled from the water by nearby sailors who transferred him to the care of paramedics by the coastguard.
Despite the medics' best attempts, he was pronounced dead on the shore.
