Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will organise a faculty development programme (FDP) on Quantum Technologies, from August 18, 2025.
In a statement, the Council Secretary T.V. Sri Krishna Murthy said the capacity-building initiative, under the leadership of the Council Chairman K. Madhu Murthy, is being organised in collaboration with the Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Jaipur, the Department of Science and Technology (DST), IBM, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), and IIT Madras. The 40-hour, 20-day online FDP, scheduled from August 18 to September 11, 2025, will train 1,000 faculty members from multidisciplinary domains including Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics, Life Sciences, Economics, Commerce, Agriculture, Medical Sciences, Fisheries, Horticulture and Pharmaceuticals.
