The Principal District and Sessions Court in Udupi has rejected the bail of Vishwanatha Naidu, a Hyderabad-based realtor, who is arrested for allegedly attempting to murder and stalk his business associate.

In the judgment on August 12, judge K.S. Gangannavar said, “In spite of such instructions, petitioner’s (Naidu) ventures to trespass the premises of the complainant (victim) and attempt to manhandle the complainant are the serious concerns.”
