Shoppers are being praised for refusing to use self-checkout machines in a clip posted to social media that has gone viral.
The video shows shoppers at an Asda store waiting in long queues for the manned checkouts, while the three self service checkouts stood empty.
The X post praised the move, commenting: 'Well done to everyone who decided to wait patiently and queue like I did.
'And as a bonus I had some lovely conversations with others whilst I waited. Win win.'
