Reiterating his government’s commitment to ensure that Telangana plays a key role in the transformation of the country in the coming years, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has said that it has decided to release a visionary document “TelanganaRising – 2047” aimed at transforming the State into $1 trillion economy by 2035 and $3 trillion economy by 2047, the centenary year of Indian Independence.
“This is not just a plan. It is a resolve to make Telangana proud on the world stage,” the Chief Minister said during his address after hoisting the tricolour in Hyderabad on the Independence Day on Friday (August 15, 2025). As part of it, the State government envisaged a master plan for the development of the entire State from revival of Musi river to agriculture development in rural areas with a clear vision.
