Jana Sena Party president and Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan stated in a message on X on the occasion of Partition Horrors Remembrance Day that hearing painful and horrific stories from the Partition times makes the people dwell deeply into human nature as to how neighbours could become blood thirsty killers and friends could become foes.

Amit Shah pays tributes to those who suffered during Partition, says Congress divided nation

He observed that under the prudent and resilient leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, a ‘New Bharat’, which is responsible, vigilant and decisive, has been shaping up.

‘The Partition Horrors Remembrance Day is essential to each and every individual of our nation to be aware of what cost freedom was achieved. And that makes us to be eternally vigilant to defend the ‘integrity of Bharat’ from disrupting forces from outside and also from within’, Mr. Kalyan added.
