Thirteen children and one adult were hurt when a roller coaster derailed at a seaside amusement park this evening.
Emergency services were called to Coney Beach Pleasure Park in Porthcawl, Bridgend, at around 5.50pm after an accident with the Wacky Worm ride.
Witnesses said several thrill-seekers, including children, were left bloodied following the incident.
Police later confirmed thirteen children and one adult received minor injuries and some were taken to hospital.
South Wales Police said: 'Officers were called to Coney Beach Amusement Park, Porthcawl, Bridgend at around 5:50pm this evening following an accident involving one of the rides.
