The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation is going to carry out a GIS based survey and mapping of the city’s storm water drains, as a prelude to the proposed storm water master plan.
The geo-mapping of the storm water drains entails digitally mapping the entire storm water drainage network using geographic information system (GIS) technology on a base map created by drone survey.
