Holidaymakers could face severe delays at Gatwick Airport this month as baggage staff are preparing to go on strike over pay.
The workers, who are employed by ICTS, are among some of the lowest paid at the airport and generally earn just above the minimum wage.
They are set to walkout over a pay dispute with bosses on one of the busiest weekends of the year, according to Unite.
The walkout is set to take place from August 22 to 26 and then again from August 29 to September 2.
It is likely to cause huge disruption to all flights out of Gatwick and the union has warned they could intensify the action if the dispute is not resolved.
