Trump-Putin summit: Ukraine and its European allies sought on Sunday to present a united front before President Trump meets this week with President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia. In coordinated statements, seven European leaders and President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine said that Kyiv cannot be sidelined in any talks over ending Russia’s invasion. On Saturday, European and Ukrainian officials met near London with Vice President JD Vance to discuss what Mr. Putin has said about his negotiating position.
