An exhibition of abstract landscapes by artist Anwar Khan is under way at the Contemporary Art Gallery adjacent to the Puducherry Museum.

‘Panache-9,’ represents the artist’s latest landscape series in acrylic— an experiment in progress with colour and form that are as much about stunning visuals as about the rekindling of a primordial kinship with Nature.

The colourist art is largely inspired by a passion for nature. In essence, Anwar Khan’s artistic philosophy is rooted in the belief in the power of art to transcend boundaries, connect people and contribute to the rich tapestry of life.

The artist, who is a self-taught artist, has participated in solo and group shows across the country. The solo show is on till August 14 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
