Myers was born on April 2, 2002, in Orlando, Florida, to lawyers Nicole Cassimatis Myers, who is American with Greek ancestry, and Jeremy Myers. She is the second eldest of four sisters and was home-schooled by her mother, who preferred her children to have a “hands-on education”, according to Variety. Although her unconventional schooling made socialising difficult, she told the publication she found friendship through theatre and dance.
Her love of performing began at the age of five after she accompanied her older sister to auditions in Orlando – though her sister later chose to pursue law like their parents. Myers made her screen debut in 2010 with an uncredited part in the film Letters to God. She reportedly took a break from acting when she turned 12 due to the unpredictable nature of casting, but revisited her passion at 16 after moving to Atlanta. During that time she focused on dance, which she told Variety has helped with her stunt work as an adult.
