A predatory paedophile who fitted curtains in the back of his car so he could rape an 11-year-old girl has been jailed for 13 years.
Christopher Rowbottom, 35, added the schoolgirl, who is from the Leicester area, on TikTok before bombarding her with messages on several other platforms, including Snapchat, Discord and Roblox.
Leeds Crown Court was told that Rowbottom 'inserted himself into every facet of this young child's life'.
She believed they were in a romantic relationship, he made lewd sexual suggestions about what he planned to do with her and he even called her his 'wife'.
The schoolgirl also sent naked pictures of herself to the father-of-two, of Featherstone, West Yorkshire.
