A fire broke out at Hyatt Hotel in Teynampet on Tuesday (August 5, 2025) night. The guests were immediately evacuated and no one was injured, as fire and rescue services personnel rushed to the site and doused the fire within an hour.
A senior official from the City Police said the fire broke out in the pantry storage on the ninth floor of Hyatt Hotel at around 12.30 a.m. Immediately, personnel from the Teynampet Fire and Rescue Services station, located a few hundred feet from the hotel, rushed to the site. The Teynampet Police were also at the spot.
