Eughenia Gutsul will be taken directly from the courtroom to serve her prison term
CHISINAU, August 5. /TASS/. A court in Chisinau has sentenced Eughenia Gutsul, the head of Moldova’s Gagauz Autonomous Region, to seven years in prison on charges related to violations in financing the opposition party Sor, her lawyer Natalia Bayram has told TASS.
"She was sentenced to seven years in prison with the verdict to be carried out immediately. She will be taken directly from the courtroom to serve her prison term," Bayram stated.
