Rosatom’s recently announced manufacture of a pilot batch of new 10th-generation centrifuges represents only a marginal improvement of the Russian nuclear giant’s constantly evolving uranium enrichment technology but points to continued slow growth in Rosatom subsidiary Tvel’s enrichment capacity over the medium term as the state-owned company's centrifuges become more efficient.
