A woman has today been charged with murder after a three-year-old girl was found dead at a property in Leeds.
Pippa McGrath, 47, will appear in the dock at Leeds Magistrates' Court this morning accused of killing the child.
She was arrested after officers were called to a semi-detached home in Austhorpe Court following a call of concern for the safety of a young child last Wednesday.
Paramedics were also called but the little girl died at the scene.
McGrath was also taken to hospital and later charged with murder.
