The M4 was brought to a standstill after a lone black cow decided to block the road.
Police cars descended on the motorway in Cardiff between junction 32 and junction 33 westbound heading to Capel Llanilltern on Saturday.
Footage of the obstruction shows a motorist approach the scene in disbelief noting the 'major disruption here on the M4'.
The content creator, Jake Abanos, adds: 'It's because there's a cow. And the police don't know what to do with it.'
A cluster of four police cars can be seen confronting the animal but it stubbornly stands its ground.
