A beauty therapist was caught drunk-driving after she had a meltdown because she didn't know anyone at a house party.
Chloe Cottrell, 29, was said to have suffered a severe anxiety attack after she turned up to the bash with a friend only to find it packed with complete strangers.
After downing two glasses of white wine in quick succession, Cottrell offered one of the guests a lift home so she could make a speedy exit - but was stopped by police when her white Citroen C3 was seen swerving around the road.
A roadside breath test revealed she was more than three times the alcohol limit.
At Warrington magistrates court, Cottrell, from Runcorn, Cheshire who works in the health care sector and has her own beauty therapy business, admitted to drink driving.
