Jason Momoa is shedding one of his most distinctive features for his role in the upcoming “Dune” film ― and he isn’t too happy about it.

The “Aquaman” actor, whose long hair and beard are part of his signature look, recently shared a video of himself on Instagram shaving off his facial hair for the role.

The video also served as an ad for his recyclable aluminum water bottle company, Mananalu, and to bring awareness about the harm of single-use plastics.

“It has been about six years — maybe a little bit more — since I did ‘Dune,’” the actor said.

“Aw man,” Momoa said, laughing as he shaved off half of his beard. “God damn it, I hate it.”
