A man has allegedly been stabbed five times with a kitchen knife in a random attack near hotel Claridge's in Mayfair.
The violent ordeal happened behind the 5* hotel in London at around 7.30am this morning - with footage showing the area cordoned off and a knife on the floor.
Witnesses in businesses along Brook's Mews said the victim, understood to be a male, was stabbed three times in the abdomen, once in the back and once in the arm.
'As I got into work I saw police and ambulances present,' the witness said.
'[Police] said the person was attacked randomly and stabbed five times - three times in the abdomen, once in the back and once in the arm.
