Grammy-winning singer Jess Glynne slammed Donald Trump’s administration on Wednesday after the White House featured her music in a widely panned post that praises the president’s aggressive immigration policies.

Glynne — whose 2015 song “Hold My Hand” has seen a resurgence of listeners after its use in an ad for the British airline Jet2 went viral on TikTok this year — took to her Instagram Stories to weigh in on the post, which features several men in chains seemingly being led toward a flight out of the United States.

The meme — which features voice actor Zoe Lister declaring that “nothing beats a Jet2 holiday” as Glynne’s song plays in the background — intends to use the audio’s upbeat nature to ironically highlight social media users’ unpleasant and chaotic travel experiences.

“This post honestly makes me sick,” wrote Glynne alongside a screenshot of the White House post.

“My music is about love, unity, and spreading positivity — never about division or hate.”
