Former World Wrestling Entertainment CEO Vince McMahon was cited for reckless driving Tuesday after a crash involving two other cars the previous week.

McMahon was driving his Bentley on a Connecticut highway Thursday when he rear-ended a BMW, according to a police report reviewed by The Associated Press. The crash caused McMahon’s Bentley to slam into a wooden guardrail, shooting debris over the median into the opposite lane and damaging a Ford Fusion, state police said. There were no injuries.

Photos from TMZ show the mangled Bentley. All three cars had to be towed from the wreck. McMahon was cited for reckless driving and following too closely resulting in an accident, police said. He was released on a $500 bond.

McMahon, whose wife, Linda, is the U.S. education secretary, stepped down from his role as WWE’s chief executive in 2022 following a company investigation into alleged sexual misconduct. McMahon is facing a lawsuit from an ex-employee who claims the former WWE head coerced her into humiliating sex acts with him and others. He has denied the allegations.
