Gazan medical sources reported that at least eight people were killed and 30 were wounded by shots fired by the Israel Defense Forces at Palestinians trying to reach food and humanitarian aid near the Netzarim Corridor in the central Gaza Strip.
The Al-Awda hospital in Nuseirat previously reported 15 people were wounded in the incident, but the figure were later updated with the identification of additional fatalities.
