California police made a disturbing revelation after breaking up a fight between a mother and daughter over the stepfather.
Cops were called to the family's Fremont home in mid-June to a report of the fight between a mother and her 16-year-old daughter.
Investigators soon learned that the teen claimed to be 'in love' with her mother's husband, reported The Mercury News.
The stepfather, said to be in his late 30s, allegedly admitted to kissing the girl and loving her, according to text messages obtained by the police.
He denied any sexual activity and allegedly told the girl to 'just deny it' if she was asked about having sexual relations with her stepfather.
