Donald Trump praised Keir Starmer's 'very respected' wife as she gatecrashed the leaders' meeting in Scotland today.
Lady Victoria Starmer looked bemused as the the president hailed her as 'a respected person all over the United States' in an impromptu press conference on the steps of his golf club in Ayrshire.
She posed alongside the two leaders at Turnberry, having accompanied the PM to Switzerland for the Women's Euro 2025 final last night.
During the president's 'working holiday' in the country of his mother's birth he gave an impromptu press conference - as bagpipes played in the background.
Through the din of noise the US president could be heard saying: 'We want to make the Prime Minister happy.'
