Family members have paid tribute to a boy, 15, who died in a collision between a car and e-bike - as a man, 59, is charged with murder.
Devon Simmonds-Caines tragically lost his life in the electric bike crash in the town of Middleton, Greater Manchester, just before midday on Tuesday, July 22.
Terrence King, of Castlerigg Drive, Middleton, has been charged with murder and is due to appear at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court on Monday.
Another boy, 15, arrested on suspicion of theft relating to the same incident - which took place on the Langley estate's Rowrah Crescent - has been bailed pending further inquiries.
Devon's family has now spoken out on their heartbreaking loss, calling the boy an 'outgoing, bubbly person' who 'only wanted the best for everyone around him'.
