As Huckabee visits, Palestinian Authority's infighting worsens – as does its legitimacy

The visit this week to Ramallah by the U.S. ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, shook up Palestinian politics. To many observers, what took place in the meetings between Huckabee, Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa and the deputy chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization, Hussein al-Sheikh, is secondary to the message the Palestinians aimed to convey.
