Multiple bodies have been found in a patch of woodland by police searching for a missing man.

Officers searching for Daniel Coleman found his remains in Paramoor Woods near Sticker, in Cornwall.

The 43-year-old vanished last month from St Austell.

Further searches uncovered more bodies, prompting a major investigation that is being assisted by the National Crime Agency.

Police and crime commissioner Alison Hernandez told a panel that the woodland search was so big and necessitated so many officers because 'we've found dead bodies'.
