Trump talks big but still lacks a big, beautiful win in Syria and Lebanon

Tom Barrack, the U.S. ambassador to Turkey and Donald Trump's special envoy to Syria and Lebanon, couldn't have been clearer. "There's no consequence, there's no threat, there's no whip, we're here on a voluntary basis trying to usher in a solution," he said, adding that the United States "can't compel Israel to do anything" regarding a cease-fire in Gaza.
