Three people have been rushed to hospital after a stabbing outside a West London tube station.
Officers and paramedics swarmed the scene on Station Parade outside Willesden Green Underground Station.
London Ambulance Service also sent an incident response officer, a clinical team manager and paramedics from its tactical response unit, as well as trauma teams in cars from London's Air Ambulance.
They treated two people for stab wounds and a third person for a head injury.
The Metropolitan Police said four men, two aged 21 and one aged 20, were rushed to hospital with stab injuries.
