Everyone from U.S. President Donald Trump on down is calling the end of the war with Iran a cease-fire, the implication being that war could one day start up again sooner or later. On the other hand, Israel's prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, called the end of the fighting on Tuesday a "historic victory, which will stand for generations." The message: If Iran didn't formally surrender like General Lee at Appomattox or Napoleon at Waterloo, it is in no position to resume the fight anytime soon.
