Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) may have repeatedly gone to battle against Donald Trump over his decision to bomb Iran. But woe betide any members of the press who point out the far-right lawmaker’s rare split from the president.Greene this weekend warned Americans “now fear Iranian terrorists attacks on our soil” as a direct consequence of Trump’s strike. On Monday, she also accused the president of pulling a “bait and switch” on his MAGA campaign vow not to enter the U.S. into conflicts abroad. But amid questions of her loyalty to Trump, she later wrote on X:“The press and some other nasty people would love to write lying headlines and create dirty rumors that there’s a break between me and President Trump.“WRONG,” she claimed, alongside her and Trump’s initials with a heart emoji in between. The press and some other nasty people would love to write lying headlines and create dirty rumors that there’s a break between me and President Trump.WRONG.MTG ❤️ DJT 🇺🇸— Rep.
