The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a thunderstorm alert for 12 districts in Telangana for Tuesday (June 24, 2025).
According to the latest IMD bulletin, thunderstorm accompanied with lightning is likely to occur at isolated locations in Adilabad, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Rangareddy, Medchal Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, and Nagarkurnool districts. In addition to this, the IMD has also forecast strong surface winds at isolated places across all 33 districts of the State.
