Russian minister Maxim Reshetnikov has warned that the country's economy was teetering "on the brink of recession".
At the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, a Russian MP came up to me.
"Are you going to bomb Iran?" he asked.
"I'm not planning to bomb anyone!" I replied.
"I mean you, the British…"
